Greetings,
I'm
one of the regular user of Besraya (Mines - Seri Kembangan). On 20th
March 2008, around midnight i encountered an unfortunate event..my car
suddenly broke down when i was about to reach Mines Toll. Incident
happened around 2345hrs, i approached your Toll Booth assistance
and he politely informed me to wait for the Besraya Ronda car. Waited
for almost 30mins, finally your crew arrived. They helped to re-charged
my battery ( the battery ended life span of 2 years which i didnt
realised ) using a jump start cable. They also give some advise how to
check and inspect the battery which i found is very useful for those i
doesnt know much about automotive parts. They managed to
re-charge my cell and i drove home safely.
I'm
very pleased with their service, as i can see the sincerity within. They
did not ask for any "Tips" or "Duit minum" from me
as well ! They really carried their job with profesionalism attitude. I
cant recall their names ( 2 of them ), but i surely know you may able to
find out who are they as they recorded down their activities ( log
paper, i saw them wrote something after they helped me ).
