Greetings,

I'm one of the regular user of Besraya (Mines - Seri Kembangan). On 20th March 2008, around midnight i encountered an unfortunate event..my car suddenly broke down when i was about to reach Mines Toll. Incident happened around 2345hrs, i approached your Toll Booth assistance and he politely informed me to wait for the Besraya Ronda car. Waited for almost 30mins, finally your crew arrived. They helped to re-charged my battery ( the battery ended life span of 2 years which i didnt realised ) using a jump start cable. They also give some advise how to check and inspect the battery which i found is very useful for those i doesnt know much about automotive parts. They managed to re-charge my cell and i drove home safely.

 I'm very pleased with their service, as i can see the sincerity within. They did not ask for any "Tips" or "Duit minum" from me as well ! They really carried their job with profesionalism attitude. I cant recall their names ( 2 of them ), but i surely know you may able to find out who are they as they recorded down their activities ( log paper, i saw them wrote something after they helped me ).

 Sorry for not able to bring this up to your attention immediately due to work. Hope this will cheer up both ABANGs who helped me that day. Thank you for your assistance !
