HR Recruitment Drive

Besraya and IJM Recruitment team was involved in career fair recruitment in March 2008. The first event was organised by the JobsDB.com career from 28^th February 2008 to 1^st March 2008 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The second event was held at the University Malaysia campus recruitment on 13^th March 2008. The objectives of events were to recruit new talents and more importantly to promote IJM brand among job seekers especially among the fresh graduates.

 Both the events received strong response from job seekers, especially fresh graduates. In the JobDB.com career fair, the IJM booth was visited by more than 3000 visitors and we managed to collect 1000 participations. 1645 applications registered through IJM website.

 Whilst in the UM campus recruitment, IJM received about 120 participation from Engineering faculty. In both of these events, we received cooperation and support from other IJM divisions such as Infrastructure (Tolls and Ports) and ICP. We would like to thanks their support and co-operation.
