Located at the junction between Kuchai Lama and Salak South. The Kuchai Lama Interchange connects Besraya Highway users back to the old Sg. Besi road. Here users primarily those traveling from the south can exit to Jalan Kuchai Lama and Old Klang Road. This primarily serves the Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park area.

　

As a positive note, in the near future this interchange will be connected to the Kuchai Interchange of the New Pantai Expressway (also by Road Builders Holding Berhad). This will allow users to travel from Besraya through the New Pantai Expressway to Bandar Sunway and Bangsar / Mid valley by passing the congestion along East-West Link and Federal Highway.
