Located
between the Salak Jaya Toll Plaza and the Istana Interchange this
interchange is an important part of the Klang Valley traffic dispersal
system. Users from the south can benefit greatly from the linkage
between the Besraya Highway, the East-west Link and the Federal
Highway. For users who wish to head towards the Federal Highway and Mid
Valley Megamall, they can exit onto the East-West Link and continue
straight on towards Jalan Klang Lama, Mid Valley and Bangsar. The
completion of the Kerinchi Link by Sprint at the end of the East-West
Link means that travelers from the city centre and the south can cut
west towards Petaling Jaya, Damansara and Jalan Duta.

those heading from Seremban towards Cheras, and Bandar Tun Razak, they
can also exit eastbound via the East-West Link along the Federal Highway
and Besraya Highway.
