What year did Besraya start tolling?

Although the first section of the highway was completed in 1998 before
the Commonwealth Games, Besraya only began tolling at its Mines
South and Mines North Toll Plazas in January 1999. This facilitated the
dispersal of traffic during the games in 1998.
Tolling
at the second section through the Salak Jaya Toll Plaza started in April
1999. This signified the total completion of the Besraya or Sungai
Besi Highway.

How long is the Besraya Highway?

The Besraya Highway is approximately 16.5 kilometers. This
represents the distance from our starting point (chainage 0.0) at the UPM
Interchange all the way to the end point (chainage 16.5) at the Istana
Interchange.

Why? Because the slogan signifies the objectives of our company
