TOUCH 'n GO SERVICE COUNTER

　

The Touch 'n Go System was Launched at Besraya Highway by Minister of Works Malaysia Y.B Dato' Seri S. Samy Vellu on 10 august 2000 at Plaza Toll Salak Jaya. This was designed to provide out highway users with an alternate and easy form of payment using the popular Touch 'n Go cards. Here users can use their prepaid Touch 'n Go cards on the Besraya Highway without having to stop and look for small change.

　

In line with our motto of being "The Better Alternative", Besraya installed an additional 1(one) Touch 'n Go Lane at each toll plaza on the 23 January 2001 and another 2 Touch 'n Go and 4 Smart Tag lanes in August 2004. An additional Touch 'n Go Sales Counter for purchasing and reloading the Touch 'n Go cards was also installed at the Salak Jaya Toll Plaza. Thus Touch 'n Go users on the Besraya Highway can enjoy the convenience of our congestion free Sales Counters at two locations.

　

The Sale Counters at the Mines South Toll Plaza and  Salak Jaya Toll Plaza are opened for service from 8:30a.m. to 6:00p.m. on weekdays and from 8:30a.m. to 1:00p.m. on Saturday. The counters will be closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Should users wish to purchase a Touch 'n Go card or even report defects in their existing card they can stop by at any of our above locations for a quick and courteous response.
